The observation day is a full-day shadowing one of our representatives as it allows us to provide applicants with a snapshot of our business and experience first hand what a typical day working with Syrac Inspirations would involve. It is a very competency based interview, and the tasks we set out are to allow us to gauge applicants student mentality, work ethic, personality and suitability to the role, we apologise if this wasn't explained.
