Recruiter call, HM call, take home system design exercise, exercise review, leadership conversation, offer.
The process was quick and engaging. All the questions asked were relevent and very aligned with the job/team/role on offer.

System design - Design a system to implement one of the product features given a PRD. Write an RFC as a submission for review by their leadership team.

The interview process was standard. A recruiter call, followed by more sessions with leadership. The process felt a little cold, and one interview was started almost 10 minutes late without any notice, which felt unprofessional. It seems like a great product, but I have experienced warmer candidate experiences than this.
