I applied through a recruiter I talked before. The interviews went pretty smooth. Started with a phone interview with the hiring manager, and I could feel his enthusiasm about the company. Code challenge was fair, nothing tricky: they were all from actual works at Synthego. They did not mind I use the language of my own choice. The onsite presentation followed. People from several different teams participated. Very nice and friendly people. Questions are very focused, drilled down to details and related to the jobs I'm now doing. I was given a tour of the labs afterwards. It ended with 1:1 with top management where I had chance to ask about his thinking about the company and future.
