Got an opportunity through a referral. Got a quick phone screen and scheduled F2F interview a week later. Total 5 rounds+HR round. Asked mostly about my work from the resume. Focus was on how to convince R&D about a problem. Overall was straightforward. But HR took 2 full weeks to get back.
