I had an initial screening followed by an interview with team manager. I did not hear back after the interview with the team manager. The initial screening was great. I had a great time speaking with the recruiter. The team manager was a tough egg to crack. There wasn’t a way to build rapport with him to open up a more personalized conversation. Not sure if that was his interview style, but in the end I tried my best.
