I have faced three rounds in Synergy Tech, First is telephonic ,Second face to face with IT specialist and Third with Manager he would asked me about of my work experienced what i have done last project as well as did i use any tools like HP QC and i gave excellent answer he was impressed with my answer than he would selected to me .
