Unprofessional, and disrespectful of applicant time with zero follow up on calls or email. Outdated measurement methods of personality insights with no debrief, feedback, or opportunity for clarification. A shame, given this method disempowers management to maintain their own judgement skills surrounding face to face situational decision making. Personality tests, although useful in very few scenarios, should never be used as a weighted decision making tool. Gut feel, experience, and testimony hold more merit in determining quality candidates. Professional courtesy is key to building strong and trusted connections.
