Someone called me asking for availability and some other questions and said the manager would call me for an interview. I did a phone interview - it was very easy and simple.

Very brief. And then I had three different people calling me from the same company. Do they not talk to one another or put notes on my file. The jobs they are offering me are jobs I have applied for in the past week.
