Initial Interview was a phone call, which they asked some development questions. The next interview was a face-to-face after a call back. Group of 3 /4 developers grill you on development questions, pretty normal stuff. Mostly .NET and SQL Server questions, some open source, but the majority of their team hates open source so I wouldn't mention that.
