I applied to the company already with a position on a project. The management was very helpful, very efficient, and answered all my questions in real time. The application process was short with not unnecessary steps. They had my qualifications and things worked out in a streamline fashion. The company documentation was accessible and clear. It has excellent benefits and they offer extra compensations, perks. It is a team oriented environment and a very nice place to work in.

Interview process was very smooth for me. I was referred to Synergist by a friend of mine and got in contact with Katie, who is a recuiter for Synergist. The first part of the interview process was a phone screen to see what I was looking for and if I'd be a good fit for any of their currently open positions. I then had an inperson interview day which started off with me meeting with Katie at their office and then meeting with another employee who gave me a quick technical interview that consisted of 4-5 questions. After this interview I met with the Directors and CEO of the company all one on one. Was very casual and easygoing conversation where I got to get a better understanding of the company and really get to know them. Overall I thought the interview process was very streamlined and pleasant. Great company, great people and very happy I got offered a position with them.
