First, a phone call the HR, asking very details of experiences. Then, two manager using teams interview, ask very similar questions as the HR, but ask for examples. Finally interviewed by their client, asked almost the same questions as the manager.

Got to the introduction interview. It was polite and comfortable.
The recruiter started out describing the position and moved on to ask me about current status and experience. I received a mail quickly afterwards that I was not along the selected candidate they moved on with. Which I appreciate.
