Just interviewed with recruiter over the phone then weeks later was asked to fly in for an interview. The interview went very well. They then tell you to wait in the lobby and they will call you with results. I was called up and they said I didn’t make it to the next round. So I grab my bags and go home in front of tons of other candidates who get to stay. I met every qualification and crushes every interview question. Not sure why I didn’t get the role but the way they go about this is just humiliating. They do their entire training virtually but they want to fly you in and reject you in person. That bridge is burned for me I’m not interested in entertaining Syneos again.
