The process started with a phone screen with HR, then I had a video interview with the hiring manager and their manager and then final round was three back to back interviews with Team members. It was a very slow process. The interviews themselves weren’t difficult, but getting in touch with HR was. There would be weeks between emails hearing back, and no proactive updates came through. Be sure to discuss salary expectations upfront as there was no alignment when I got to the offer stage.
