Had on campus interview at my college with a local risk manager. Mainly behavioral but also had to show knowledge of learning financial concepts. Invited to company headquarters in CT. Part of a day of group interviews. First night was nice meet and greet with various levels of workers at the company. Very welcoming and wanted interview process to work both ways. Getting to know me and me getting to know them. Day of interviews was a lot of presentations by them. Getting to know all their different aspects of company. Two big interviews, one on one behavioral and one on two behavioural and technical. Second part pretty tough with some testing of economic knowledge but nothing too specific. They want to make sure you want to work with them and they want to work with you.
