      Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Synchrony (Phoenix, AZ)

      A supervisor and a rep did the interview. They were 15 min late without any acknowledgement of it at all. They were so impersonal. The manager looked at my resume and asked why I had ten years worth of history when they specify 7 year's on their application. She asked me if I would need any time pre approved if I were extended an offer. I told her possibly due to some ongoing eye issues I was working out. Her reaction was pretty stern as she stressed the zero tolerance attendance policy in first 90 days. Then she took turns with the rep asking the standard behavioral questions and kept their heads down to write my responses. When they were done they asked me to wait while they reviewed everything. I waited 12 minutes before they returned to tell me they would have HR follow up in 2 weeks. I thankfully, received the no thank you email 6 days later. There's no way I would have accepted an offer! If this how they treat potential employees, I don't even want to experience how bad they treat current ones.

      I recently had a phone interview for a customer service position, and it was a very positive experience. The interviewer called right on time, which immediately set a professional tone for the conversation. Despite not being face-to-face, the interviewer made me feel at ease with a friendly and engaging approach. The questions were clear and focused on key aspects of customer service, such as managing difficult customer interactions, problem-solving under pressure, and my experience with various customer service platforms. I was able to articulate my strengths effectively, especially my ability to handle challenging situations with composure and my dedication to providing excellent customer service. The interviewer was attentive and responsive, asking follow-up questions that allowed me to expand on my experiences. I also appreciated that there was ample time for me to ask about the company culture, the expectations for the role, and the dynamics of the customer service team. The answers I received were thorough and gave me a strong sense of the company’s values and the supportive environment they offer. Overall, the phone interview left me feeling confident about my suitability for the position. The professionalism and warmth of the conversation only strengthened my interest in the role and the company.

      Entretien

      I had previously applied to this position about a year prior. I once again reapplied and was able to schedule an interview time slot on my own right away. I had my first interview with a recruiter-type who asked me basic questions including the the past job history in detail. I was then scheduled for an interview with a manager one week later. I had that interview and it was more behavior/experience related questions. I have not heard back whether I am going to be hired or not. I checked online at joinsyf.com and it says there is no record of my application. It would be nice to know either way if I didn’t get the job. I am still waiting to hear if I will receive an offer.
