There were several interviews. First on the phone, then I was told to answer questions on a web site, then I was called again for another phone interview and during this call I was told to that another person would call me. That person did call me and again there was another short phone interview. This time I was asked to come in to the company building. Once there, I was interviewed by two gentlemen who grilled me with many questions for about 30 minutes. After which I went home and the next day I was contacted to tell me I had the job. Very long process. Also had to take drug test and get fingerprinted.
