The interviewers then focused mainly on scenario-based questions to assess how I would handle common workplace situations, such as troubleshooting system issues, prioritising incidents, communicating with users, and working under pressure. They also asked a few basic technical and behavioural questions to understand my problem-solving approach, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Overall, the interview was conversational and focused more on practical thinking than deep technical knowledge.
