They set up a time for a phone interview (if located im AZ be clear about time, the go by daylight savings) and it went very smooth. Had a second person call at which point I was hired and am going through the hiring process. Be aware you do have to pay for your training AND the exam to take before you start.

The interview was very casual, over the phone and brief. I was asked basic questions about past employment, experience in customer service and what particular experience I had in regards to the position

2 interviews over the phone, they basically ask what you do and briefly tell you about the company. Super simple. The people are nice they call you a lot though, i had like 5 different people call me and different people email me
