Applied for an HR position. I recieved an invitation to fill out an online questionnaire within a day or two and was given the opportunity to sign up for a phone interview after submitting the questionnaire. I selected the time and received a confirmation email within a few minutes. The person called me right on time and informed me the position was for a 100% commission based sales. I told her I applied for an HR position and had no interest in sales, then ended the interview. If you want someone to sell insurance then be honest with your job postings.
