I got through two screenings before they put the position on "pause" for the time being. Which I respect because I too am looking to be with a company that best suits me. However, those who I had the chance to speak with during this process didn't seem excited about the position or their own for that fact! To me it says something if neither the recruiter or hiring manager seem very enthusiastic about their company and the work they do.
