The interview rounds were quite intense. I had a great time interacting with the panel members. The interviewers were quite helpful and knowledgeable. In total, there were 4 rounds (including the last round that was taken by the CTO).

Entretien
Total wastage of time. First interview was taken up by Interview Vector team. Couple of DSA question.
Then the next round was taken up by Syfe.
Interviewer comes up and just posts a leetcode link. No discussion whatsoever.
Came up with an approach that solved that. Again there was total silence from interviewer. Then he gave another question.
One thing companies need to train their employees is that interviews are a discussion rather than an exam. It's a two way street. If you just wanna be mum then just mention it before.
I guess by far one of the best interview I have given. My first interaction was with the HR from the company and got a great understanding about the company. Followed by technical discussion with the technical team. Interviewers are so good and knowledgeable.
I have been following Syfe on LinkedIn and I am so excited to look at the growth. Wish to be a part of the company.
I have happily accepted the offer.
