Smooth interview process. Arranged for an online interview with the hiring manager after shortlist by HR within 1-2 weeks. Hiring manager was friendly and welcoming during the interview. Also had to complete an assessment after the interview.

Entretien
I had three rounds of interview. First one was with with HR, second with direct manager, and third with the head. It was a casual and nice interview - more like checking the vibes and how I would fit into the team.

What do you aim to gain from this internship, and how can we help you
After the first interview I was given a take-home assignment. After being shortlisted, I was progressed to second interview with the head of department. Considering the effort in put in, I felt disappointed I was rejected after 2 interviews and 1 assignment. The rejection email mentioned that they value my effort but that they found another candidate with better suited qualifications. Im not exactly sure what I’m lacking in terms of experience/ education since this is just an intern role.
