Good questions inquired into ability of accomplishing task and assignment within job description. Ultimately depends on ability to verbalize your experience and demonstrate your knowledge in the mental health field of work.
The interview was a fairly standard interview.... except for the fact that they sent me a letter telling me I did not get the job...and then offered me a position...was very telling of my experience there as an employee
Easy questions. About experience and education. Why do you want to work with these clients. Do you have DMH experience. What populations have you worked with? How did you hear about the company.
