After their initial approach, it was an incredibly drawn out, slow process with poor planning and communication. I had six interviews over 2 months with TWO homework exercises and no prep from recruiter or feedback at any stage. At the end of hours of preparation and no guidance, the recruiter sends an automated note with no feedback or insight into their decision making. One of the worst processes I've been through when approached as a candidate.
