A well thought out series of interviews spanning the entire organization. Pre-screen with recruiter -> hiring manager -> current CSM -> Sales Mgmt/Peers-> Sr Sales Mgmt -> CEO. Interview questions included my experience and examples of behaviors and problem solving followed by a formal skills test. What stood out is that every Swoog I met with was upbeat, respectful, and happy to work there! The recruiter was professional, personable, communicative, and very helpful in answering questions I had along the way. Culture fit is SO important here and it shows during the interview process. The culture here is the BEST of any company I've ever worked for!
