1st a phone screening, 2nd round is more in depth. they tell you about the long term plan which is you opening an office in a year. Interviewers were nice and trained

the first round interview was short and happened at 11 am and the second round was 2 hours starting at 8 am. They asked me to come for a new member orientation at 3. All different days. sparse details about what the day to day work is like and no concrete information about pay structure other than "base+commision". they said its 57 hours a week and 300-500$. they promise you will move up fast but did not give information about specific performance milestones that you will have to reach before getting promoted even though it is promised within 2-4 weeks. the office was full of people who seemed happy with their jobs and who obviously like working with each other. seems like a good company to work at from the outside but there is not enough information given about the position and organization up front. I was nervous about the low pay and the fact that I could not find any reviews anywhere.
