You call set up an appointment you get a call back, told to come to office at 7 next morning you talk to the boss you meet the foreman you go out with the guys they train you "THEIR" way the boss calls the foreman asks how you are doing they say ok you come to work and do it all over the next day eventually if you can handle the harassment you are good to go
