The interview process was nice. First it was a short screening call (10 min) with general questions. HR was friendly. Then they sent me a test. It's the best test I've ever done! I didn't need to create a new application from scratch, they gave me one existing application and I needed to change it. It looked like real work, I enjoyed it. It took 2-3 hours of my time. Then it was a technical interview, pretty easy and not stressful at all. After that it was an interview with HR. It was smooth and friendly, the guy answered all my questions and looked very helpful. I'm not from Switzerland so he helped me to understand emigration process. In the end it was a final interview with managers, it was super as well. In general the process was on high level, on every step everyone was nice and helpful with me.
