Very structured and they start with a telephone screening, after that two interviews. Hiring Manager and their Vice-President who will make the final decision . This process takes approximately one month, due to the busy schedule of the Vice President .

Had lunch with a General Manager, within a couple of days flew to Corporate office to have dinner with two VP's of Operations. I was offered the job the day I flew back home.
