The interview was a group interview then a quick 10 minute individual interview, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Completed numeracy and literacy tests and spoke about the benefits of working for the company.

Easy questions.
2 rounds of interview. Basic questions related to customer service and previous experience or relevant qualifications. As well as questions around shift patterns and if able to do those hours.

3 interviewers would take turns interviewing, they would take 2 candidates into the room and take turns interviewing them. It was fun, not stressful and the women were all very kind.

Got a phone call from the recruiter. It was just about 5 minutes to ask some questions. The recruiter was very kind and nice, and the questions were not that serious.

She kindly asked and checked basic information about me such as my visa status, driver's license, and notice period.
