The Interview process was very laid back but professional at the same time! For Manchester, it will be held at Voyager house - I would email ahead and make sure you reserve a car parking space so you don't need to park in a terminal building!
You first start off with a presentation about Swissport and their role. You then have an icebreaker, A Maths and English Test followed by a 1-2-1 interview.

Entretien
Simple group interview to get to know you, and overview of the company. Some, paperwork to prove ability to work, and competency . Just provide safety application along with interest the company.
Simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Applications are online and then a phone interview, in person interview, and potentially a final phone interview. It is relatively simple
Quick and easy but it seemed like they hire anybody. The questions are super vague and it feels like they are trying to just get people in the door but they don’t care about retention
