J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Swissport (Bornemouth, Angleterre) en janv. 2017

I feel that Bournemouth airport recruitment process is very unfair. Firstly, I have been to Bournemouth Airport 2 times before for a interview and been rejected twice. The third time I applied I had no response and I have now applied again.
I feel as I have a disability they are discriminating me for my diagnosis when I am completely able to do the job as I have previously worked for a competitor and I feel they aren’t taking any consideration of my previous experience in account on my application form.
When I went to my second interview, a manager said they will be a week before they get in contact with me to know the outcome but I felt there was NO consideration in my application as the response WAS an hour after the interview saying I was unsuccessful. Moreover, I said who the CEO of the company was and one of the interviewers didn’t know who he was so I felt she lacked in experience for herself so it is very contradicting when they don’t offer you a position. I feel there isn’t equal opportunities within Swissport at Bournemouth Airport recruitment process and I feel this needs to be followed through with someone higher in the company as they come across exceptionally pompous.
Easy ..straight forward and STAR method questions .. be prepared for talking about yourself skills and qualifications ..
they gonna give you feedback within 2/3 weeks .
Keep updated your cv and bussiness attire is always important.
Very easy and quick. Comfortable and group interview no one on one, which make it very less daunting. The makers were very supportive and approachable.
Allowed us to choose between domestic terminal and international which is great gives you variety in learning .
