Applied online followed up by a phone interview with HR. HR advised they would pass on my resume to hiring manager and that someone else from HR would contact me. Then silence for 2 weeks and despite sending 3 emails to HR contact no response. Not a very pleasant experience. Companies must learn to treat candidates much better if they want a positive branding as an employer of choice.
