Entretien
They interviewed people in groups. My group had 1 interviewer and 7 other potential employees in it. At the time of my hiring, they had won a huge contract by United Airlines and was charged with hiring 700 people immediately. They didn't really care for my skills and abilities, they just wanted to know if I can do the job and had a drivers license.

Simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Applications are online and then a phone interview, in person interview, and potentially a final phone interview. It is relatively simple
Quick and easy but it seemed like they hire anybody. The questions are super vague and it feels like they are trying to just get people in the door but they don’t care about retention
