A few days after applying I received an invite to record a digital video interview. The interview was said to have a duration of 10mins, and consisted of 5 questions with the opportunity of doing a practice interview, as well as 3 tried per question.
2 weeks after submitting I had still not received anything back regarding the status of of my video submission. I emailed recruiting services who replied a day later that they would contact the hiring manager, and 2 days after that came back with a response that I do not exactly fit the requirements. Although this was a disappointing result the most disappointing was the fact that I had to chase up to find this out. Another issue was that the emails from HR were very poorly written, and quite hard to read. Swiss Re need to work on their hiring process, as candidates should not have to chase up at this point and then struggle to read emails sent from HR in order to understand the status of their applications.
