J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Swiss Re (Zurich) en févr. 2020
Entretien
Straight forward, clear process, the steps were explained before.
First it was a phone interview, sort of intro process, after that I was invited onsite for a 1:1 interview. The questions were related to my previous experience and as well related to the job description

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Swiss Re (Bengaluru) en mars 2021
Entretien
One of the worst interview process, standard. First they will shortlist and say your profile has been shortlisted and then will not call and then call after 2 months, and say can you take interview on specific date and time.
Very arrogant interviewer - asked 2 questions, apart from brief introduction.
1. What is 12F
2. Scenario Based - you have 2 microservices and 1 front end services - what is the design principle and will deploy in MS Azure (as I have mentioned in my resume that I worked on Azure but I doubt that interviewer has worked on it)
In overall 12 mins he said I have done. Pathetic experience I have answered him we can use Azure app service to deploy. Other ways are service fabric, or we can use Kubernetes. To come on an design principle we need to have more information - what is the purpose, what is kind of work these microservices will perform, many things ..
