Entretien
Thorough process, with 3 levels of interview: HR, Hiring manager and team. The interview was quite standard with usual questions. Overall a good experience and not a waste of time. HR has some original questions, that are a little bit different from the usual, boring and easy to anticipate style that exists elsewhere.

If I were to have a coffee with one of your current colleagues, what would they tell me about you?
It was 2-4 rounds depending on the panel. Most of the questions are very practical not theoretical . Focused a lot on my work experience and leadership potential. Overall great experience
Very Slow
Questions were not relevant for the interview role
There seems to be an over exaggeration of how great the work is, up to a point of delusion.
I did not find the interviewer to be aware of the intricacies of the role, also the interviewer stepped in the discussion without even preparing from the interview

Experience in transformation projects merging IT and AI
I had a video interview with the hiring manager and her direct report. The hiring manager was offensive, rude, and critical. She lambasted me and my resume. She created a highly negative impression of Swiss Re.
