First, it's a phone interview via HR. Then a phone interview with your hiring manager. Then they fly u up for a live interviews. Felt that the entire process was pretty fair and casual. They were very friendly and patient and did not pressure you with deadlines. Salary negotiations typically go back to Zurich, Switzerland if you have semi high level position.

Why do you want the job and why you think it'll be a good fit for it?
It was 2-4 rounds depending on the panel. Most of the questions are very practical not theoretical . Focused a lot on my work experience and leadership potential. Overall great experience

There seems to be an over exaggeration of how great the work is, up to a point of delusion.
I did not find the interviewer to be aware of the intricacies of the role, also the interviewer stepped in the discussion without even preparing from the interview

I had a video interview with the hiring manager and her direct report. The hiring manager was offensive, rude, and critical. She lambasted me and my resume. She created a highly negative impression of Swiss Re.
