Prescreening, first round with peer, second with future manager. To the point discussion, straight feedback. Questions mostly about concrete situations or technical decisions. Waiting on the next step, should be final round in person (so far remote)

Scenario about replacing external team for internal with reduced capacity but deadlines.

Entretien
I was interviewed on 20th July for the position of engineering Manager.
Before my interview data, HR called and informed me about the interview process and case study that I need to submit and that the interview would contain 3 rounds and if selected they would roll out the offer immediately.

First rounds focused on technical depth with questions on Database sharding, database migration, application migration to cloud etc.
Second round was focused on the system design of case study which was taken by director of engineering. Third round was managerial which was taken by head of engineering from New York who has been on a visit to India. I cleared all the rounds of interview and they informed me to schedule final HR round for salary negotiation etc on Tuesday. However, I never received any invite and they simply did not answer the call when I tried to reach out to the HR who told me for the final round of interview. I don't mind if they have decided not to proceed ahead with me but I would have appreciated if they had at least answer the call and tell the truth rather than opting not to answer the calls. A candidate has spend time to do their exercise and spent time to appear for their walking drives and it is completely unprofessional they they don't send any communication to a candidate despite clearing all rounds of interview.
I believe whatever happens, happen for a reason because if an organization cannot maintain transparency and communicate clearly while hiring candidate then how would they treat their employee once they join them. I would warn candidates to be ready for such behavior before appearing for the interview in swissre.
