Easy talk to recruiter, and onboarding process is quick and painless. Don't be nervous. Also make sure that when speaking with a recruiter you ask about pay.. don't let the recruiter pitch you some glory days speech, be honest with what you want and they will work with you.

Recruter calls and makes promises they don't keep just to get you hired. They told me training would last four weeks and it ran over to being 6 weeks with no home time. The trainer i was with went home and I stayed in a hotel till it was time to go on the road again. Also someone in oritation asked about vacation time and was told they'd just have to clean out the truck and go.

Entretien
Everything is done online in the pulse app and over the phone with recruiter.
All paperwork is signed online with no face to face contact until you receive a date for orientation. At orientation they will go over PowerPoints with you and get drug testing done. Afterwards they will ask when you’re available to start. Only waited a week after orientation to get out with a mentor for OTR training.
