Started with a short preliminary interview over the phone before moving into a more in-depth interview with the department head on Microsoft Teams. The first interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions to determine whether you would be a good fit for the company. Second interview was a bit more technical with questions about specific experience with various tools/services.
