J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sweetwater (Carbondale, IL) en mai 2021
Entretien
Had an hour long phone interview to start everything off. My interviewer then setup a Zoom Video Call interview between us and two guys from the guitar gallery. The Zoom call was straight forward in that they wanted to hear a little about myself and experience. After that came the background check and then the decision. Being transparent about anything to do with your background history from the start will not help or benefit you in any manner and you may still get strung along just to be discouraged by their decision. It’s happened to me twice now. I’m going forward with the passion I want to pursue either way. Seems like a great company to work for and all.. just wish they were a little more willing to work with people despite a few bumps in the road of their past travels.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Experience handling guitar? How long I’ve played for? Would I be able to relocate if I got the position? What kind of music I was into? My current living situation and whether I lived with anyone else and how supportive they were? What process I went through when doing a fret level and dressing on a guitar from start to finish. Would I be able to be on my feet 8 hours a day? Basic stuff like that.
