This was a group interview format with fun, simple questions in order for employer to get a better idea of your personality and your desire to work with children of all ages.
Super easy interview. As long as you have a positive attitude and are outgoing you will do great. The questions were super easy and mostly about availability. I found this to be one of the easiest interview i’ve ever done.

my interview was through the phone. for a lot of my coworkers it was through the phone as well, though there have been a few times where it was held in person

Entretien
It was a group interview and ended with us dancing. The questions weren't too difficult to answer and all revolved around your energy/ability to talk to kids. The dance wasn't hard either, just make sure to give a lot of energy.
