I interviewed for an HQ role and got to the final round to then never hear from them again despite chasing several times. I understand sometimes things get in the way and interview processes can take longer than anticipated but the “ghosting” technique really left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m surprised and shocked that in such a small industry as mine, they would treat potential candidates as such.
