Handed in an application form to a store, I wasn't invited to an interview; however I was put on in a "talent database" so other stores could see my application.
I got invited to an interview in another store, where typical interview question were asked such as:
what do you know about the company?
Tell us about yourself?
Name a time when you've had to deal with a difficult customer.
There was also some senario questions where you had to suggest products for specific customer groups.

Entretien
I was referred by a friend. They were very friendly, assistant manager was taking notes and her and the manager took turns in asking me questions. Simple questions, then told me to sell a collection to them in a roleplay scenario. Then asked some admin questions, as expected.

I applied for a part-time Sales Consultant role at Swarovski. Not long after, I was invited to attend an in-person interview. The interview was straightforward and focused on my retail experience, customer service approach, and interest in the Swarovski brand.
