Entretien
I was referred by a current employer at the same store location. An online assessment was submitted before attending in-person interview. I got a call for in person interview with the manager after 2 weeks. Basic behavioural question and customer service scenarios were asked. I got hire the next week.
The interview process was quite casual over a coffee. The manager were mainly behavioural and past experiences questions, asking how you have handled a certain situation. There were some questions on your knowledge of the brand.

The interview process is nice and easy. only spent around 30 minutes with the store manager and staffs are very nice and friendly. Must know a little history about the company.

the interview process was very brief and took about 5 days. Manager was really nice and sweet and asked interview questions relating to behavioural questions. she asked me about myself and my plans for the future.
