The process straightforward, but definitely felt exhausting. The whole process took 3 weeks and 5 interviews plus 3 reference checks. They included screening, hiring manager, interview with case study (Head of KYC + peer), Head of Ops and HRBP round. One positive point was when the HRBP interview couldn't happen because the interviewer was stuck in traffic and I received a call from her colleague to explain what happened right on time.
