Recruiter call, then hiring manager call ,then completely ghosted. Very poor process - 0 communication post 2nd interview even after several follow ups. It is unfortunate because it felt like a mess from the first call (recruiter missed the first call and had to reschedule a week later) and still even after accommodating all the mishaps they ghosted.
