The interview was quite easy as they would generally ask u to write abt a topic.
Once the written is done.. u will be called for hr interview and then it's over.
You will be called then for the final round.

Sutherland had come to our campus for campus selections, where they had asked about interested candidates for voice process. They conducted JAM sessions and an English written test where after reviewing candidates, they called selected candidates for HR round on the same day in person.

It was a very easy group interview, basically went over the job details. No situational questions were asked to where you would have to use the STAR method. Sign offer letter the same day.
