Send in application, get a call from a person who does not speaks understandable English, get the job.
The call comes from a different office somewhere in Europe or Asia. Usually called by a person who is really hard to understand as their accent is over the top. Then go to an interview in Tallinn office. Interviewer has the same bad accent. Imagine this is the person doing interviews internationally.
No accurate job description provided. Said the work will be evening shifts and later some night shifts ( no more that 2 per month). Ended up having 12 nightshifts one month. Schedules are done somewhere in India by people who do not know the local law in Estonia

Unprofessional HR with very subjective questions, more personal questions rather than work experience, swayed by gay bias and high-pitched tone borderline shouting which other candidates also heard so they were all left in awe when I exited the room and they were smiling and shaking their heads. It was that unbelievable.

I applied on the web site this year and was recently contacted for a virtual career fair. I found the presenter to be thorough, professional, courteous and helpful. She was also very clear in the requirements of the available positions. I interviewed with them and they were amicable and friendly while clear with their expectations.

Submitting resume, online questionnaire, typing test, multi-tasking test, coordination via email with manager prior to phone interview. They are a hiring firm for various media companies. I found out later that I was interviewing for a position with CBS All Acess
